Description

Celebrate heritage breed pigs with an evening of Pork & Pinot on Thursday, November 8. Executive Chef Timothy Fischer and his culinary team will create a head to toe reception featuring pork dishes that showcase the superior quality and taste of heritage breed pigs. Heritage breed pigs are recognized for their superior flavor and are raised responsibly by farmers.

Food stations will feature Old World Charcuterie; Smoked Pork Belly Bacon Steak & Beans; Ribs – dry rub/Kansas City/Char Siu – with honey spoonbread made with Mademoiselle Miel honey, a Flavor by Loews Hotels partner; Street Tacos – cumin-coriander red onion, Baja style cabbage, lime, queso fresco, huitlacoche salad, habanero-radish pico de gallo; Chocolate Chicharróns – port-tart cherry parfait.

The food stations and dishes will be complemented by La Crema Pinot Noirs. La Crema Estate at Saralee's Vineyard is located in Sonoma County's Russian River Valley, which is known for its plush redwood forests, cool morning fog and warm afternoon sun, and its renowned Pinot Noirs.

The Pork & Pinot Reception will take place on Thursday, November 8 at 6 p.m. Reservations are required. The reception, inclusive of food and wine, is $75 per person. A 20% gratuity is added to ticket prices. Price does not include tax. Menu is subject to change. Space is limited and is on a first sold basis.
