Sip wine and nosh on cheese and charcuterie while butchers Michael Puglisi and Steve Sabicer break down a pig! You'll learn all about pork and major cuts of the pig in a hands on setting! You will also get to take home 2 pounds of the sustainable and responsibly raised pork! Electric City Butcher will have additional pork available for purchase.
