Join PorchLight Real Estate Group for a 30-Day Wellness Challenge to get healthy, win prizes, and give back!

For the month of March, the PorchLight Wellness Program is hosting a Two-Minute Training Challenge! Dedicate two minutes a day to each of four different simple exercises, and see how eight minutes can really make a difference. We’ll be “testing in” at the beginning of the challenge—seeing how many of each exercise you can do in two minutes. Then we’ll “test out” so you can see how you’ve improved. Those who make the most progress over the course of the month will win great prizes!

The registration fee for the Challenge is $20 and includes a cool PorchLight Wellness team t-shirt that you’ll pick up at the end of the month. We'll also provide videos from our Wellness Coordinator (and personal trainer) Ryan Jaqua, showing you proper form. All proceeds will go straight to our year-round charitable partner—The Adoption Exchange.


Every day for the month of March:
2 minutes of squats
2 minutes of sit-ups
2 minutes of sprints
2 minutes of push-ups

Official Test-In:
Saturday, February 27th, 1 - 4pm
Fitness in the City, 1212 Delaware, Denver

Official Test-Out:
Saturday, April 2nd, 1 - 4pm
Fitness in the City, 1212 Delaware, Denver

Once you register, you'll be sent a link where you can sign up for a half-hour timeslot for test-in and test-out. If you're unable to make one or both times, we can arrange for alternative testing.

At checkout, you'll select a size for your PorchLight Wellness t-shirt. All shirts are unisex soft blended CVC crew necks. You can find a size chart here.
