A night to remember as Chef's John Phillips and Noam Bilitzer team up with Louismill to host a Pop-Up to showcase their creativity and care for the dining experience. John and Noam are the sous chefs at Proof On Main and will be going on a trip abroad to explore Israel, South East Asia and Japan to further their cultural experience and culianry knowledge. The night will begin with passed canapes and sparkling wine before we serve the 5 course dinner. Seating is extremly limited and we would love to see you there.
