Welcome to the very first Virtual Pop Up Holiday House!

The Pop Up Holiday House began as a distant idea by Founder, Tracy Pray Bradshaw.

Tracy simply aspired to do something bigger than herself and for her community.

She set her focus on using her skill sets in marketing, Real Estate and networking to create an annual holiday charity event whose sole purpose was to be a voice for deserving underprivileged children.

Tracy linked arms with Sandy Reagan James, a well known advocate of various charity organizations that served children, women and animal rescue.

Together they formed a friendship and quickly got to work.

Tracy and Sandy joyfully “adopted” The Children’s Homes of Iredell County that serves infants to age 20 and based in Statesville, NC.

All donations collected by The Pop Up Holiday Show House fundraiser directly impact a local child’s life that you’ll likely never meet BUT you will have shown them what the true spirit of Christmas is all about.

Our beloved holiday fundraiser is a collective of local Charlotte Interior Designers, Stagers, Food and Bakery vendors, an author, home merchants and retailers who work together to transform a Luxury home into a fully decorated holiday inspired home meant to inspire all who visit.

Each year a different home is selected inside the Luxury Lake and Golf community better known as The Point in Mooresville, NC.

Our organization has raised over $14,000 and is a seeding event that humbly began with nothing more than grass root efforts and word of mouth advertising.

The team organization has 5 elected Team Members and a group of jolly volunteers who are committed ambassadors to our adopted beneficiary.

Every member plays a vital role in helping raise critically needed funds.

Our decision to take this year’s Designer Showhouse “virtual” due to COVID-19 was a very hard decision due to it’s financial impact, but we are hopeful and grateful we’ll attain the much needed support during this very difficult year.

We are so grateful to all those who will purchase a ticket and play a role in gifting these children with a Christmas they rightfully deserve.

Our mission is simple…we believe in giving.
