Author of The Butcher Babe cookbook, Cutthroat Kitchen winner, and Food Network Star Alum, Chef Loreal Gavin will be plating up a 5 course dinner along with assisting Chef Ben Hardy in creating 3 dessert courses for a dinner that Indy has never seen.

FIRST COURSE: Smoked salmon deviled egg topped with caviar, Seabass Hushpuppy w/ black garlic toast point, hollandaise cheese ball with toasted pistachio, chili threads
SECOND COURSE: Oysters Rockefeller, Nueske's smoked bacon, spiced sabayon, sweet potato toast points
THIRD COURSE: Chicken VOODOO soup, Smoking Goose andouille, chicken thighs, heirloom veggies, bourbon barrel worcestershire, arugula tartine
