Every year, after celebrating the end of the harvest season in their native Mendoza, Chef Pablo Ranea and Architect Alejandro Cohen pack their suitcases full of spices, peculiar ingredients and a spirit of adventure in search of new challenges and inspiring localities.

Together, they bring their unique take on food pairing and gastronomy to different cities in the U.S. and other countries. Whether the backdrop is a private garden, a culinary school, a restaurant or a hotel, their carefully designed menus showcase the best of Latin American cooking techniques and recipes paired with exquisite and beautiful wines.

This unique experience benefits from well-tested recipes gathered on their extensive travels. In the United States they have brought their one of a kind dining experience to San Francisco, New York, Chicago, Washington DC, and Los Angeles. Travels in Hong Kong, Finland, France, Denmark, Dominican Republic and Peru have also informed and added to their repertory.
Friends gather around a table with a common desire to enjoy a memorable experience of the aromas, tastes and textures of Argentinian and Latin American cooking, wines, history, and enchantment. Pablo and Alejandro arrive with a traveling kitchen of gastronomic marvels and the most exclusive wine labels of renowned winemakers. Prepare for an adventure of the senses.

On Friday, June 28ththey return to New York City to present, for the first time to the public, a six course dinner at the International Culinary Center located in Soho. During this special opportunity, the dinner will be paired with a premium flight of 10 unique wines from Argentina.

Guests will be treated to an exclusive live band of Boleros from Mendoza, LOS BUENDIA, who will perform during the evening.

Please note, this is a dinner format (not a class) and seating will be communal like a big Italian family.
