Join us at the Santa Barbara Wine Collective Father's Day Weekend, Saturday June 20th at 11a for our next installment of our Pop Up Brunch Series with Chef Robert Perez of The Black Sheep Restaurant.  Four course brunch paired with four wines from our local producers Babcock, Fess Parker, Sandhi, The Paring and a welcome spritzer from Ca' Del Grevino.  Chef Robert Perez has prepared a wonderful menu consisting of traditional favorites made with local ingredients, paired with a lineup of bright summer wines from the Collective's General Manager Alejandro Medina.

Greeting – Ca’ Del Grevino Estate Riesling Spritzer with Lavender Bitters and Meyer Lemon

 

The Paring – 2014 Rose of Pinot Noir

Amuse: Strawberry Blini with Ricotta 

 

Sandhi – 2012 “Sanford & Benedict” Chardonnay

1st course - Eggs Benedict with Orange Basil Hollandaise, Canadian Bacon, English muffin

 

Fess Parker – 2013 “Rodney’s Vineyard” Viognier

Main - Almond and Golden Raisin Brioche French Toast, topped with Caramelized Apples and Amaretto Butter  

 

Babcock – Late Harvest Pinot Gris

Dessert - Lemon Bar with Raspberries, Raspberry Jam, and whipped cream.

 

*Reception starts at 11a, 1st course to begin promptly at 11:30a.

Santa Barbara Wine Collective

The Santa Barbara Wine Collective is a group of like-minded producers focusing on the unique terroir of

Santa Barbara County.  Each winery produces wines of elegance and balance while representing a true sense

of place.  We feature premium wines, most of which are rarely found outside of the estate properties.  As

the only tasting room in Santa Barbara County where you can soon taste wines from six different producers

side by side, you will learn how different styles, climates and soil compositions directly impact the

characteristics of each wine.  All of these wines are available in tasting flights, by the glass, and by the bottle.
