Our run will start at Pon De FLO Studio where you can change, use the restroom, and warm up. Personal items can be left at the studio (lockers available but you must provide you own lock). Please arrive at least 10 minutes early so we can all be ready to run by 9:00 sharp. Don't forget to hydrate and eat a small snack beforehand as well (nothing too heavy).
There will be a stretching session after the run to recover and hang out. Hot drinks and snacks are available for purchase at Pon De FLO's Cafe to refuel as well!
Two groups will be available so everyone can run at their own pace.
Group (1): 6.5-9 min/mile
Group (2): 9.5-15 min/mile
Running sneakers should be 3 months old or less, if possible, and a double layer of socks should be worn if sneakers have a lot of mesh
