What age do you focus on?

This workshop has been designed for parents with children birth to 18. However, everyone is welcome regardless if you are a parent or not. There is a lot of science discussed and we can all benefit from understanding our nervous systems better.

Do I have to have my camera on?

Accepted Answer

NO! We understand life is busy and you may be engaged in many things while taking part. You are welcome to join camera off, muted, and never particpate at all. Of course we love feedback and discussion and you are always welcome to put comments in the chat and we will address them.

Is there a charge?

NOPE! Happy to spread the word on Polyvagal Theory. Often, families who are considering our services will join just to get a feel for what we're about. And we also find people from all over the world join which is always welcome.
