When is the event? Saturday, September 10 from noon - 7pm

What is included with my ticket? Two polo matches, two live music acts, word-class Willamette Valley wine selections, 88 acre beautiful private property, delicious complimentary appetizers from Pearl Catering, signature stemless wine glass, parking, amazing Portland collaborations with Pendleton, Olympia Provisions, Stumptown, Smith Tea, Widmer and many more!

What is the difference between the VIP & GA tickets? I'm trying to decide which one to buy. Both tickets deliver incredible value however, exclusive access will be provided to VIP tickets holders. Veuve Clicquot is presenting this elevated experience with 30 private cabanas. There are two custom staircases to the hilltop that will provide premium viewing. In addition there will be a private bar, 100 foot tent, passed appetizers and closer washroom access. VIP’s can also travel down to the shoulder of the field and partake in the on field activities.

Where is this place? A majestic private property 10 miles south of town. The Portland Polo Fields, home to the Hidden Creek Polo Club: 2700 SW Homsteader Rd. West Linn, OR 97068

Where do we park? Parking is included with your ticket. There is plenty of space and you will be directed by our team when you arrive.

What is with the $10 facility fee? We are committed to restoring the property better than we found it. It is a privilege to be invited to this private piece of property and we want to be welcomed back.

Can I purchase food on site? Yes, there will be many delicious food options offered by Pearl Catering and Olympia Provisions.

How will the drink system work? Attendees will purchase custom Polo Noir $5 tickets on site. These tickets can then be redeemed for Wine, Champagne, Spirits, Beer or Food. Everything will be priced in increments of $5.

How many polo matches will there be? Two. There will be 3 hours of polo with a champagne / wine divot stomp to follow.

I have never been to a polo match, what can I expect? Incredible action. One of the world’s oldest games is also one of its fastest. Balls can travel up to 110 mph. Horses gallop and cut at 30mph. Player and horse work in partnership to get a ball through a goal, while using every possible strategy to prevent the opposing side from doing so. What happens on that quest is both brutish and beautiful.

What are the rules of Polo? Please refer to the Rules of the Game on the PoloNoir.com. There will be Host / Emcee calling the polo matches in real time so you can learn as you watch.

What is the champagne / wine divot stomp? A highlight of the day! Guests can take the field after the second and final polo match. To help repair the field by flipping over the divots. Professionals will deal with the horse droppings.

Who are the bands? Radiation City will open up for an incredible headliner Ben Harper and special guest, Ellen Harper!

Will there be a DJ? Yes, we will be spinning vinyl throughout the day as well. We might even surprise you with a special guest…

Is there a charity involved? Yes. Two charities are involved. The Children's Cancer Association and Harper's Playground. Partial proceeds will be going to both of these amazing local organizations founded in Portland, OR.

Can we bring in food & drink? No, unfortunately not. There will amazing food & drink options on site for purchase.

Is food included with ticket? Complimentary appetizers will be included with your ticket. These will be passed appetizers for all to enjoy. Additional food options will be on site for purchase. Olympia Provisions and Pearl Catering will be offering wonderful options.

Is there a public transportation option? No there is not. Depending on where you leave from, it is a 5-20 minute drive from Portland. We recommend UBER or car-pooling.

Will Julia Roberts be in attendance? She will definitely be with us, in spirit. The movie classic is an inspiration! #PrettyWoman

Is this event rain or shine? Yes. The event will happen rain or shine. The wine, food and live music will still take place. However, if the fields are too wet, the polo will not happen. We cannot risk the safety of the horses.

Will there be seating? Yes, but not a lot. There will be hay bails, chairs under tents, couches in designated VIP areas. All grassy area is suitable to sit on as well. It is pristine.

Can I bring my lawn chair or blanket for the music component of the day? Yes, please do, you are welcome to put your chair or blanket on the polo field to watch the live music acts. We ask you to store them in your car until the music begins, we do not have a coat check on site or storage capability.

Are tickets refundable or transferable? No. All sales are final. However, we are open to transfers depending on the circumstance.

Is this a 21+ over event? Yes.
