Politician AI Hackathon
Event Information
Description
This summer, The Fourth Group will host a Politician AI Hackathon to see how we can automate tasks politicians are expected to do. These tasks include: Understanding voters’ preferences; writing speeches; making strategic decisions in regards to policy proposals, and; addressing problems faced by constituents.
To give you an idea of what we’re thinking, check out this TEDx Talk, “Can we replace politicians with machines?”
We’re looking for people with experience in politics, data analytics, machine-learning, software development, and UX/UI/graphic design.
There are 60 places on the Hackathon. Tickets cost £10 and this will be used to cover refreshments and snacks throughout the weekend.
Deadline: 23:59 BST, Friday 14 July, 2017.
We will inform you of the results on Monday 17 July. If successful, we will send you the registration form to secure your tickets.
