One year after the publication of "Policy in Motion: Transportation Planning in California after AB 32" Lauren Michele is releasing a film on how the book's concept of "people oriented development" - or POD - can be used as a process to not only help California meet its greenhouse gas reduction goals but can also create sustainable communities and beautiful places to live.
