Policies and Procedures play a strategic role within an organization in which employees make decisions. Through a well-conceived and written policy and procedure system, an organization’s vision becomes a part of the operations. These operations are the day-to-day planning and decision making which guide the services being provided.
This course will help owners/managers develop and write policies and procedures that demonstrate compliance with the rules and regulations governing Residential Child Care Facilities. An agency registering for this program must have already secured a physical location, if opening a residential program or have incorporated as a nonprofit with the State of Georgia if opening a Child Placing Agency.
