PSMA offers specialized training to law enforcement and public safety agencies to help them better engage with their communities through the optimized use of social media. Seminar participants will not only gain insights into leveraging social media to obtain a broader audience reach but will leave with the knowledge and inspiration to begin producing their own original content.

January 16-17 we will be offering an intense 2-day training on social media and branding. This training will be for public safety agencies only. This course is limited to the first 25 participants.

The 2-day course will include dynamic guest instructors, hands-on training, and practical application. Attendees will walk away with a better understanding of several social media platforms and various marketing strategies. This is perfect for any officer managing department social media pages, working in a public information officer role, or otherwise tasked with community outreach.

How to use social media as a tool to build stronger relationships in their communities

Social media policies and steps to protect your agency
