Pole Basics class introduces the beginning moves of pole dance in a safe and fun environment. In each class, students will do a gentle warm up followed by the teaching of basic spins, poses, floor work, and a beginner routine. All ages, sizes, and fitness levels are welcome!
You will need to bring your gorgeous self, a yoga mat, and water. Leave jewelry off and don’t wear lotion on the day of class, you will need to stick to the pole! Shorts are recommended as well as a loose fitting tank top or t-shirt over a sports bra to peel off if desired…..
