The Point-in-Time Count (PITC) Virtual Training will provide volunteers, staff, and community partners with an overview of the count, including its purpose and methodology. During this online session, participants will receive step-by-step guidance on the Survey 123 app, safety protocols, team roles, and day-of logistics to ensure a consistent and accurate count across San Bernardino County. This training is strongly encouraged for all new volunteers and recommended as a refresher for returning participants.
