Event Details

What to expect and not to expect when you are working for a small company vs a multibillion dollar company as a Product Manager. All things considered, what will you learn and where will you have more fun doing what you like to do as a PM!

Main takeaways:
- Working for any company is fine, small or big as long it fits your working style lights the passion for designing products.
- “Is this where I want to be” checklist
- Organization & departments, processes, company financials, resources
- If you are starting your career and want to become a PM then work for a large company.
- If you are transitioning from engineering then any company is fine. I would prefer a small company.
- If you are planning to join a small company, be prepared to ware different hats every day and every hour.
- If you are planning to join a big company, be prepared to work with less information.
