Our trainer, Anders Pedersen, has extensive experience in leading workshops on many different subjects related to project management. Based on discussions with the trainer, the pedagogical approach consists in the following:

1. Review of a theoretical point
2. Use a case study as a basis
3. For each point, complete one or more exercises (group exercises or role plays) based on a case study
4. Debrief in group the outcome of the exercise
5. Debrief and compare in plenum group findings with the outcome of the case study
6. Define Lessons Learned and Action Points
