2019 Conference Theme

Building Stronger Customer Relationships is the focus of PM Grow in 2019, and participants will get a roadmap for choosing and closing the right customers with a process that includes conversion, sales, client onboarding, and database marketing.

Each speaker is thoroughly interviewed, and their content reviewed so we can be sure you get the value from their presentations that you deserve. This isn’t a conference where you’ll hear the same information you’ve heard before.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can I bring my team?

You can and should. Many brokers will be bringing the business development managers and this is the perfect training ground for casting a clear vision of growth for your team. The majority of the sessions will be directly applicable to BDM's and their marketing counterparts.

Is there a refund policy in case I can't attend?

PM Grow issues no refunds under any circumstances. Any and all payments made to PM Grow are not refundable for any reason, including, but not limited to, illness, acts of God, travel-related problems, acts of terrorism, loss of employment and/or duplicate purchases.

If you cancel your registration more than 5 weeks prior to the conference, you may transfer your registration to the next PM Grow event for a $150 administrative fee.

Can I transfer my ticket?

You may transfer your conference registration to another individual for the same event you are registered for by notifying us in writing at team@pmgrowsummit.com. Attendee substitutions on or after the start of the event will require a $150 fee.
