What is the agenda for the PM Grow Summit?

Our keynote speakers and top producer panels will be covering will touch on elements of these topics and more.

How does the PM Grow Summit compare to other industry events?

The PM Grow Summit is not for newbies. It's not a pep rally for the average frustrated or struggling property manager. It's geared toward intermediate to advanced profesionals who are trying to solve specific problems centered around growing and scaling their property management firm. This event delivers proven methods to fuel profitable growth based on what's already working for sucessful property management entrepreneurs.

Who is this event NOT for?

The PM Grow Summit provides a massive return, but it also requires significant investment. If you're struggling to figure out the basics or just barely paying the bills this won't be a wise use of your limited funds. Also, if you're looking for a silver bullet to fix your broken business, you won't find it here. Lastly, if you're unmotivated, don't like helping others, or already know it all then you won't learn anything here so don't waste your time.

Can I bring my team?

You can and should. Many brokers will be bringing the business development managers and this is the perfect training ground for casting a clear vision of growth for your team. The majority of the sessions will be directly applicable to BDM's and their marketing counterparts.

Is there a refund policy in case I can't attend?

PM Grow issues no refunds under any circumstances. Any and all payments made to PM Grow are not refundable for any reason, including, but not limited to, illness, acts of God, travel-related problems, acts of terrorism, loss of employment and/or duplicate purchases.

If you cancel your registration more than 5 weeks prior to the conference, you may transfer your registration to the next PM Grow event for a $150 administrative fee.

Can I transfer my ticket?

You may transfer your conference registration to another individual for the same event you are registered for by notifying us in writing at team@pmgrowsummit.com. Attendee substitutions on or after the start of the event will require a $150 fee.
