Description
Join us for our this year's PLUS²: "Disrupting the City."
Disruption can be a good or a bad thing. In Los Angeles and beyond, we are losing ground in the communities we care about; and old practices are not working. PLUS² will host sessions from a selection of innovators that are disrupting the status quo in order to responsibly revitalize our neighborhoods. The summit will consist of short "Ted-Talk" inspired lectures from invited speakers and panelists, followed by thoughtful discussion with our guests, that means you!
We invite you to join us for the whole day, or the sessions which interests you the most. We'll also be serving breakfast and coffee throughout the day, breaking for lunch, and hosting a cocktail hour on site after the Summit. See you there!

The Planning and Land-Use Strategies Summit (PLUS²) is an annual conference curated by LURN, a community development nonprofit organization based in Los Angeles.
PLUS² is a response to the lack of convenings that explore the intersections of innovation and community development, and aims to spark critical thinking and collaboration around issues related to urban areas, community building and innovation. PLUS² is a space for guests to engage with speakers, and dream up an actional vision for the communities we work in and the residents we care about, together.
