Discussion: Our theme this month is designed to help you find ways to overcome all the harmful messaging/ ads we are all inundated with during the holidays (and at the start of the new year). We offer you a space to deepen your Body Awareness.
We will dive deeper / explore some of the themes that came up last month:
Continue to rethink what we’ve been taught about health (and wellness),
Set boundaries and find balance in your running (ex. creating goals that resonate with personal values not wellness/diet culture), and of course
Share more about Intuitive Running and Eating practices
Our Goal: is to co-create and nurture the conditions for self-love and self-worth, thus increasing your chances of body trust.

- A curated list of questions with reading guide to use on your own for further unpacking.
