Event description

A retreat for anyone who wants to see their emotional recovery shoot forward, bringing their life to a new level of fulfillment and purpose.

At this retreat you will learn:

*why "self-help" so often fails
*Why fighting to improve your attitudes is a dead-end
*why your healing is not all up to you
*why you sometimes feel worse when your life improves
*why we're still avoiding the most important issues

Then we'll dive into developing a powerful and practical set of skills for emotional healing including:

*Learning how to make healing a joyful experience with rapid results, instead of a slow slog toward far-in-the-future gains

*Learning to "co-counsel" & use other forms of structured support which are the game changers for emotional healing

*Learning to harness the cyclical nature of healing

*Learning to awaken our bodies' natural capacities for emotional healing & wellness

*Learning how a healing network functions to dramatically accelerate the success of our recovery efforts

*Group learning & exercises
*Emotional support
*Practicing co-counseling, the art of structured one-on-one support
*Enjoying the outdoors at a beautiful retreat center east of the City of Edmonton

***Please Note: We ask that all weekend registrants agree to attend for the entire duration and adhere to the Peak Living Network Principles. Please see: https://peaklivingnetwork.org/principles/ for full details. This is an intesive training that will demand energy and committment from all retreat participants, so please come prepared.***
