The cases already on the Court’s docket include significant criminal and commercial cases as well as recurring constitutional issues, such as the use of racial considerations in districting, neutrality to religious schools in government programs, and Pacific Legal Foundation’s “relevant parcel” takings case. In addition, some of the most consequential cases are added to the docket each year after the Court’s late September “long conference.” There is even more uncertainty this year regarding the cases that the Court might agree to hear and their outcomes due to the vacancy on the bench.

Our distinguished panel members will focus on the most significant cases, including those the Court selects during its September 26 conference. They will also highlight promising cert. petitions that may be granted later in the term. Please join us to listen to their insight and ask your questions.

Space (and lunch) is limited; please RSVP to reserve your place.
