This seminar offers college women a valuable opportunity to hear firsthand from women in science, health, and technology who are shaping our nation’s STEM agenda. Students will connect with senior women in the public, nonprofit, and private sectors.

See first hand where policy research takes place: Visit organizations and government agencies where groundbreaking STEM policy research takes place and meet with the women who conduct it. Learn how to use your STEM background to your advantage in Washington, D.C.

Become a leader: Learn how to launch your career from the insight and experience of women who have broken the glass ceiling in STEM policy and get insider advice on becoming a leader in the field.

Professional Skill-Building: Get advice on perfecting your résumé to land your first internship or job and learn how to network, putting these skills to task by attending a reception with science leaders.
