Overview
🐌 Come ~ground~ yourself in nature with accessible/adaptable games and exercises followed by juicy debriefs to process what we’re learning about our nature as we play outside.

Have extra veggies from your garden? A piece of art you made? Do you do massage/bodywork? Ask us if we’d like to trade for it! 🫂 all are welcome regardless if you are able to trade with us or not!
Accessibility Details:
🅿️Parking: There is parking available on site. Most require an uphill walk to the event space. There are 3 more accessible spots right next to where we will play that require no hills. Carpooling highly encouraged!
🪨The Space: We will mostly be playing outdoors (unless it is rainy or we decide as a group we’d like to be inside). Please bring whatever layers you need to be comfortable and warm outside. The ground is partially paved and somewhat uneven. There is a bathroom and water available.
🤧 Please do not attend if you are ill or have been exposed to someone who is ill outside of chronic illness.
👂Have a need that we haven’t addressed? Or a question? Please let us know! We would love to make it easier for you to join us if this workshop calls to you!"
