Description: Please join us for a lunch talk with Wendy Waszmer, Partner at Wilson Sonsini! Ms. Waszmer will discuss the compliance issues relating to antitrust matters and her experience representing clients in antitrust investigations.

Ms. Waszmer's practice focuses on antitrust matters. She represents companies and individual clients in high stakes antitrust and other government investigations, federal court litigation, and civil commercial disputes. She previously served in several leadership and trial counsel roles for the Department of Justice in New York and Washington, D.C. As the Assistant Chief of the New York field office of the DOJ Antitrust Division, Ms. Waszmer supervised federal trials and criminal and civil investigations. Prior to the DOJ, Ms. Waszmer served as Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York.
