National and international speakers from the field of data art, data research, data journalism, and data design, will share and reflect on their work.

Dive into the world of maps, data products, photography, generative art, cultural collections and AI. Be inspired, share your own experiences and never stop experimenting.

S-H-O-W is a two day event that exists of talks, discussions, workshops, music and other activities. This year we have a walking diner at the end of the first day, so there is plenty of opportunity for connecting and networking.

The entire conference will be in English. You can join the conference on location in Utrecht or (only the first day) online. Please note that all time indications are CET.

TICKETS

There are two options to join the event:

(1) You can buy a full access ticket that allows you to come to the venue in Utrecht.

On Thursday June 1 you can listen to a full day of talks in the theatre, get coffee/tea/water during the breaks, enjoy a vegetarian lunch, have some drinks at the end of the day and take part in the walking diner.

On Friday June 2 you can join two rounds of workshops, get coffee/tea/water during the breaks, enjoy a vegetarian lunch, watch the closing talks in the theatre and enjoy some final drinks.

Important to know: when you buy a full access ticket, you need to choose which workshops or activity you want to join. On Friday morning you need to choose between the workshop of Leticia Pozza or Mushon Zer-Aviv. On Friday, right after lunch, you need to choose between a workshop of Michael Brenner, Mark-Jan Bludau or the TalkSHOW. Please note that some workshops have limited spots.

(2) You can buy an online ticket and follow the first event day online.

By purchasing a ticket for the S-H-O-W event, you accept these terms and conditions in full.

Pricing and payment

Ticket price is in euro and exempt from VAT, unless explicitly mentioned otherwise. Tickets must be paid in full via Eventbrite before the event starts. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Access to the event is final when the buying of the ticket is confirmed by Graphic Hunters and the ticket price is paid.

Event tickets

A ticket to the S-H-O-W event gives you access to the (online) talks and activities. We have two types of tickets: (1) on location and (2) online.

(1) On location will be at the Anatomiegebouw in Utrecht. This ticket gives you the chance to come to the venue on Thurday June 1 and Friday June 2. A ticket gives you entrance to the venue and includes catered drinks during breaks, lunch and (only on the first day) walking diner.

2) Online. This ticket gives you access to a Zoom link with which you can watch the live talks online from your home or office. This will only be applicable for the talks of the first day (June 1).

The talks will be recorded and shared with the participants. Graphic Hunters will give you access to the recordings (if the quality is sufficient and the speakers give permission) within a few weeks after the event.

Transfer of tickets

Tickets to the S-H-O-W event can be transferred. If you are not able to attend the event, you can let a colleague or friend attend. Please inform Graphic Hunters in advance of any changes.

Speakers and schedule

The names of the speakers and the schedule for the S-H-O-W event is published on the website, but may change at any time. A change of names of speakers or schedule is not a reason to get a refund for the ticket bought.

Cancellation

In the unlikely event of a complete cancellation of the event, all tickets will be refunded.
