Want to feel better, lighter, and reduce your risk of the common diseases that plague us?

Join us in the month of July for our own San Diego, Whole Food Plant-Based Challenge!

This challenge was inspired by the What the Health (soon to be available on Netflix!) movie screening we hosted on June 11th at La Paloma Theater in Encinitas which was shown to a sold-out crowd who are now inspired to carry out those lessons into practice! And we are inviting the entire San Diego community to join in an opportunity to challenge ourselves to shift to a whole food, plant-based diet.

During this 1-month challenge, our amazing team of sponsors will guide you through healthy plant-based choices at leading restaurants and at home, and you will even get the chance to ask our experts your nutrition questions.

This event is hosted by PlantDiego & Give Wellness, two local non-profits on the mission to make San Diego the healthiest city in the US! We appreciate your donations to help us serve our mission, but of course this event is FREE to anyone who would like to participate!

Here is how you join:

1. REGISTER for the CHALLENGE at the Eventbrite “Register” button above to started.

2. About a week before the challenge starts, we will send to you all of the details and resources you will need to participate.

3. If you want to donate to Give Wellness and PlantDiego, fill in the amount. If you choose not to donate, do not enter 0 or anothing in that space, just leave it blank.
