Plant Spirit Healing with Alexandra Leigh of Triple Goddess Remedies
Plants are our ancestors and their spirits are powerful to guide and inform us, but also teach us how to heal into being all we can possibly be. Working with the spirits of plants is an ancient healing art that identifies the emotional, spiritual and soul core of physical ailments. Learn how to deepen healing for your multidimensional self by understanding basic plant communication, as well as learning about cleansing and protecting the bodies with plants. We will discuss limpias, a Central/South American style of shamanistic plant cleansing as well as how to create a smudge stick and how to understand the chakra system in relation to plants. Working with plant spirits is an incredible way to create emotional and spiritual fertile ground to influence transformation, healing and evolution in ourselves!
Alexandra Leigh considers plants her ancestors. In this life, she has loved learning about plants since her grandmother Faye taught her about them as a child. Her mother, Shari, raised her with a strong appreciation of the Great Goddess and to be in touch with archetypal feminine powers.
After music college at the New School in Manhattan, Alexandra devoted herself to studying herbalism, healing, and magic. So, she moved to Vermont, worked for gardeners, and met her mentor, Pam Montgomery. Alexandra has been shaped as a healer by Pam, and has graduated from her Plant Spirit Healing Apprenticeship at Sweetwater Sanctuary in Danby, VT.
Currently, Alexandra practices shamanic herbalism and Plant Spirit Healing from her home in Easton, CT, where she grows her beloved medicinal herb gardens and operates Triple Goddess Remedies. She also organizes ceremonies incorporating healing frequencies and plant music with the aim of harmonizing with Mother Earth and evolving our DNA.
