Eric L Adams, Brooklyn Borough President

For the past three decades, Eric L. Adams has served the residents of the city of his birth as a police officer, state senator and coalition builder. In November of 2013, he was elected to represent all of Brooklyn as borough president. Born in Brownsville and educated in the City’s public school system, Eric is committed to ensuring Brooklyn’s bright future by helping each and every Brooklynite reach his or her full potential.

Rico Hill

Rico Hill left a lucrative career producing hit TV programs for the Nickelodeon Kid’s Network, to helping to produce Healthy people — mentally, physically and spiritually. As speaker/director for the Beehive Ministry, Rico has now authored 3 books, hosts a health outreach program on 3ABN’s Dare to Dream Network called From Sickness to Health, and travels the country as a Health Evangelist.

During Spring of 2018, Rico was the Keynote Speaker for an event in CT where he promoted Plant-Based lifestyle before 600 attendees.

Heidi Liv Tompkins, Co-Founder of Heidi's Health Kitchen

Heidi Tompkins

Since 2014 till 2018, Heidi has offered over 45 FREE Plant-Based Cooking Demos in New York City alone, to spread Wellness through a Plant-Based Diet and a Healthy Lifestyle. Prior to starting Heidi's Health Kitchen, she was in to Telecommunications.

Since Summer of 2017, "Heidi's Health Kitchen" is being operated as a Monthly "Pop-Up" Restaurant in Long Island consistently and has received excellent reviews from patrons.

Her dream has always been to operate a Hygienic Restaurant in New York City.

Jody Kass –Executive Director, PlantPure Communities


Jody has worked at PlantPure Communities (PPC) since its inception in early 2016, managing a team of professionals supporting a global grassroots movement to share the Health Message of a whole food, plant-based diet. Jody also serves on the Board of Directors of the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies (CNS).

Prior to nutrition/food policy issues, Jody worked in the environment and community development arenas. In 2001, Jody co-founded the nonprofit organization, New Partners for Community Revitalization (NPCR), which she directed until 2014. Under Jody’s leadership, NPCR’s work re-shaped the brownfields framework in New York, where over 150 communities continue to participate in a landmark program she spearheaded.

Dr. David Ephraim – Doctor of Naturopathy in Original Medicine

Dr. David Ephraim was born and raised in Bronx, New York. He Has dedicated numerous years in teaching New Yorkers Naturopathic Healing. He is also a passionate Bible Prophecy Teacher. Dr. David is known to offer practical information leading to Lifestyle Changes, which results in the Healing of Mind, Body, & Spirit.
