Plant Based Pierogi Workshop! Come learn how to make traditional Polish dumplings with a variety of vegan fillings everyone will love!

About this Event

Pierogi are Eastern European dumplings. They are similar to ravioli or gyoza. In this class we will be focusing on the Polish Pierogi which is made from a flour based dough and filled flavorful fillings!

In the class you will watch Chef Morgan demonstrate 3 vegan fillings for pierogi. You will make your own dough, roll, fill and boil your pierogi! You will then sit down with your fellow classmates and enjoy the meal you created! You will leave with recipes and a new skill!

Mushroom and cabbage pierogi

Potato and "cheddar" pierogi

Vegetable and 'sausage' pierogi

(You will get to choose which filling/fillings you would like to use in your dumplings)

Sparkling water and ice herbal tea will be provided. All other drinks are BYOB.

Kids are welcome at the class with adult supervision (ticket required for each participant)

This is a hands on class. Please come ready to cook :) The class is fully vegan and no nuts will be used (kitchen is not fully nut free). This class cannot be made gluten free.
