Sherry Davis:

Like most people Sherry Davis didn’t know a thing about plant-based eating 10 years ago. She actually thought it would be dangerous to a person’s health. Then she read The China Study, by Dr. T. Colin Campbell, and at the half-way point she understood that food was the number one answer for long term health. While change wasn’t always easy (she can make anything difficult, she’s just like that sometimes) she stuck with it one plate at a time. Her practical approach to going plant-based has helped hundreds understand the power of food for their health. Sherry is a Certified in Dr. T. Colin Campbell’s Plant-Based Nutrition Program through Cornell, and a Certified Food for Life Instructor with PCRM. More about Sherry at www.SherryDavisCooking.com
