Join us for a fun & relaxed evening learning the basics of making dairy-free cheeses & sauces at home. More and more people are being drawn to a plant-based lifestyle but dairy is often the most challenging hurdle to get past. After this class, that hurdle will have been crossed!


What we'll cover in class:

  • The simple ins and outs of a plant-based diet.
  • Why dairy is not the healthy food it's often proclaimed to be.
  • What a well-stocked plant-based pantry looks like.
  • How to make very simple, dairy-free alternatives for parmesan, sour cream, ricotta, feta cheese and even an ooey-gooey nacho cheese sauce using nuts, seeds, organic tofu, veggies, and a few other surprising plant-based ingredients.
  • Plus, we’ll review a vast array of dairy alternatives to suit every taste!


* Wine & yummy plant-based snacks included!

Participants will leave with samples of cheeses made in-class, a recipe packet, ideas for simple dairy swaps at home and a better understanding of why 75% of the world's population is actually lactose intolerant.
