Did you know that getting race ready starts earlier than the spring racing season?

About this Event

Following our weekly group run, Brian Tenenhaus and Mia Sweet from Peak Performance and Wellness will be talking about things you can do in the winter to increase your success in the spring. They will discuss the importance of cross training, weight lifting, and core work, and why as your mileage decreases you should carve out time for these activities.

Run distance is approximately 3-4 miles. All abilities are welcome.
