Event description

Description

Ever heard the phrase “No plan ever survives contact with the enemy”? Small Business owners with scarce resources and an ever-changing environment experience this every day. Join a discussion on how to use planning session group dynamics to build sustainable operational plans that anticipate problems and reduce wasted effort.

Participants will walk away with an overview and outline of the steps required to hold operational planning sessions for their own small businesses. In addition, a complimentary half-day of on-site assistance will be offered to a limited number of organizations on a demonstrated need / desire basis.

The discussion will be headed by Fred Tremblay, President of TPC Inc., who has years of experience in the management of organizations large and small in a variety of industries, including technology, trade show and sports marketing, to name a few. His work in the use of group dynamics for small business planning will be of interest to entrepreneurs at all stages of development.

Fred Tremblay, who serves as President of TPC Inc. as well as VP of Development for Event Technologies, is a University of Michigan graduate with over 25 years of executive sales and marketing experience at IBM and Lockheed in North America, Europe and Japan. He later served in senior executive posts at a number of leading technology companies and founded TPC Inc. in 2002, a software development company, whose products are built to solve problems unique to the trade show industry.
