This webinar will offer guidance for small and grassroots organizations who were ready to embark on strategic planning before the COVID-19 crisis. If you have questions about the timing and process you should consider, please join us. We will cover basic elements of planning in uncertain times and offer suggestions for managing your organization’s short and long term future.

This workshop, led by Dr. Jill Pfitzenmayer, Vice President of Capacity Building at the Rhode Island Foundation, will provide a hands-on approach to planning for your organization.

This session is free, but pre-registration is required.

The Rhode Island Foundation will be presenting this training in partnership with the Grantmakers Council of Rhode Island, and the Rhode Island State Council on the Arts.
