Sonja Lind, Ph.D., is the Director of Education Abroad at California State University, San Bernardino, so her day job is helping university students affordably travel to other countries. She's also a world traveler herself, having traveled to over 40 countries and lived in six. She's now a Californian by choice and has been hiking the Los Angeles mountains for 10 years.
