Event Information
About this Event
Is your passport gathering dust? Are you dreaming of your next international destination? Would you like to live in and make money in another country? If so, this is the session for you.
Join Dr. Sonja Lind, Director of Education Abroad at California State University, San Bernardino, as she introduces you to studying abroad (including graduate school abroad), working abroad, teaching abroad, finding free accommodation, and more. These may be scary times to travel, but this presentation helps you plan an adventurous future.
Sonja Lind, Ph.D., is the Director of Education Abroad at California State University, San Bernardino, so her day job is helping university students affordably travel to other countries. She's also a world traveler herself, having traveled to over 40 countries and lived in six. She's now a Californian by choice and has been hiking the Los Angeles mountains for 10 years. Her next domestic and international trips include hiking to the bottom of the Grand Canyon and horseback riding in Paraguay and Uruguay. She blogs occasionally on her website www.SonjaLind.com.
