Objective Two: Discover what is getting in your way of having the business and sales goals you have wanted to see accomplished but have not achieved to date. OR what is getting in the way of getting your office to the next level for growth and sales development.

Objective Three: Client Specific content includes:

Understanding of Goals, Objectives, Mission, Vision for the whole Business and Sales Team.

Strategic Planning around Services offered, Marketing, Sales, Operations and Financials.

Knowing your Business and Sales "Why".

Objective Four: Develop a strategy and action plan. Each participant should leave with several actionable items they can implement immediately.
