We’ll start with a gentle Pilates session to stretch, unwind, and energise, followed by a vision-board workshop where you’ll craft your personalised board for 2026 using all the provided materials. Ensuring we take a break to continue discussing our book. Expect a relaxed, uplifting atmosphere, unlimited hot drinks, and a chance to connect with others while dreaming big for the year ahead.
