Join Rome's famed baker and pizzaiolo Gabriele Bonci of Pizzarium and Panificio Bonci for a hands-on workshop designed for home bakers. The two-hour event will take place at Sullivan Street Bakery in Chelsea and will delve into Bonci's basic recipes and techniques. This is a rare opportunity to learn from Rome's undisputed pizza master. Bonci's Italian language instruction will be translated by Rome-based food journalists Katie Parla and Elisia Menduni.
