About this event
In this hour long class you will learn a brief history of pizza. What goes into a great dough and sauce recipe. How to toss a pizza and top it. The price of the class includes a 10" personal pizza, drink, mini gelato, dough and sauce recipe, and hands on experience. The class is taught by owner Janine Coons at our Orem location. The cost of the class is $25 per person. The recommend age is 12 and up. This class makes for a perfect date night, friends outing, or family activity. We can't wait to see you.
