Description

This is a story about the burden of family heritage. After 10 years in exile María Pizarro realizes no matter how far she runs she can ́t escape from her father’s image. She takes the decision to end her exile, return to Colombia to build her father’s memory. Carlos Pizarro was an iconic figure of his time, he was the first guerrilla commander in Latin American history to sign the peace with his government. After 45 days of peace, he was mysteriously murdered. Through her personal journey she tries to understand the events that led him to his death.

Esta es una historia sobre la carga de la herencia familiar. Comienza cuando María José en el exilio se da cuenta que no importa lo lejos que corra, no puede escapar del fantasma de su padre. Pizarro es una figura icónica de la guerra y la paz en Colombia. Veinte años después de su asesinato, ella retorna para entender las causas que llevaron a su asesinato y descubrir un capítulo olvidado del a historia del país silenciado por la violencia y el miedo.
