Event description

Description

On November 28 and 29, the EPA - now directed by climate change denier Scott Pruitt - is holding a hearing on Trump's attempt to repeal the EPA's Clean Power Plan, our country's first federal standards for carbon pollution from power plants.

Trump and Scott Pruitt are again putting polluter profits before the health and safety of our communities and the environment, despite the overwhelming support of the Clean Power Plan, demonstrated by 4.3 million comments, and thousands rallying and testifying in support at listening sessions and public hearings.

Help us remind Trump and his administration that he is out of step with the public and the world when it comes to climate action.

The Sierra Club and our allies are organizing a bus to Charleston on November 28th. We will leave Pittsburgh at 5:15 am with stops in Washinton PA, (6:00 AM) and Morgantown ( 6:45 AM), Arriving in Charleston around 10:00 AM.

We will leave Charleston at 5:00 PM and be back in Pittsburgh around 9:00 PM

There will be a link to a form to fill out in your confirmation email to indicate at which location you will be getting on the bus. You can also fill it out by following this LINK to the form.
