Join 7 professional pitmasters for a day of BBQ, beer and learning. We're taking our students on a 7-hour journey covering all the essentials you need to take your backyard cooking game to the next level.

FAQs

Is the class inside or outside?

Most of the class will be indoors, however the cooking will happen outside. Pitmasters will be running back and forth all day, and there will probably be times when you want to see what's happening outside. Dress appropriately!


Are there ID or minimum age requirements?

Nope. Although the event takes place at Dry City Brew Works, this is a private party.


What are my transportation/parking options?

Free parking is available behind Dry City Brew Works. The facility is a 5-minute walk from the Wheaton station on the Metra UP-W line.


What can I bring into the event?

Cameras and phones are fine. No pets. No firearms. No BYOB. (This event is held in a commercial brewery.)


Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

We will maintain a list, but check-in will go faster if you print your registration or keep the confirmation email on your phone.
