Jay Gould is an Investor at Gould Ventures, a venture capital firm focused on high technology companies. He had invested in 70+ startups including Calm, OpenDoor, PostMates, One Drop, Facebook, Snap, SpaceX, Virgin HyperLoop, HoneyBook, Lever, DogVacay, Buffer.

Jay was a finalist to the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, named to the NJBIZ 40 under Forty, and many other awards.

He founded Yashi, which was acquired for $33 million in cash. Yashi was a 4x Inc 500 award recipient.

Prior to Yashi, Jay founded the first video sharing site on the web, which he sold. Jay also founded an early dating site and an early social network, both acquired.

Elena Gantvarg is Principal at Flint Capital, a $200M International Venture Capital Fund focused on investments in the Mobile, SaaS, Advertisement, Financial and Educational Technologies as well as Security and Enterprise sectors.

She is a Venture Capital Investor with over 15 years of experience in enterprise software, startups and management consulting, spanning US, Europe and Israel. Her main areas of expertise include Digital Health, Enterprise Software and SaaS.

Elena has an MBA degree from Nyenrode Business University and an M.Sc. Degree in Computer Science and Math from Radboud University.

Jacqueline Bennett is Managing Partner at Highlands Venture Partners, an investment and advisory firm supporting early and growth stage companies in emerging and innovative industries, such as Cannabis, Hemp/CBD, Biotechnology, Consumer technology, and Consumer brands.

Her career spans multiple disciplines and geographies, including private equity, investment banking, and operations. Over the past two years, Jacqueline has invested in and advised dozens of companies and teams in emerging categories.

Before co-founding Highlands Venture Partners, she was a Director at Sands Lane Capital, a venture capital firm focused on investing in Cannabis, Hemp and Ancillary companies. At Sands Lane she was responsible for fund formation, originating investments and general management.

Prior to Sands Lane, Jacqueline launched the East Coast arm of ELLO Capital, a cannabis investment bank, where she built and lead a team to source and execute transactions.

She held positions at J.P. Morgan’s Investment Bank in New York where she advised early stage disruptive companies and consumer & retail clients on private placements, M&A, leveraged buyouts and IPOs and was selected for key internal leadership initiatives including technology innovation and resource management.
