PIPPIN: ESRT's 9th Annual Theatre on the Bluff

Eastern Shore Repertory Theatre (ESRT) will bring PIPPIN to Henry George Park in Fairhope for the ninth annual Theatre on the Bluff on May 5-7, 2022. Pippin is directed by Erin Langley with choreography by Matthew Kiel and music direction by Mary Katherine Kilgore.
All shows begin at 7:30 p.m. General Admission gate will open at 6:30 p.m. Patrons should bring their own blanket or lawn chair, and picnics are encouraged. Concessions will also be available for purchase.
Tickets are currently only available online. In the event that a performance must be canceled due to inclement weather, a rain date performance will be held on Sunday, May 8, 2022. All tickets are non-refundable. For more information, visit www.easternshorerep.org.
With an infectiously unforgettable score from four-time Grammy winner, three-time Oscar winner and musical theatre giant, Stephen Schwartz, Pippin is the story of one young man's journey to be extraordinary. Winner of four 2013 Tony Awards including Best Musical Revival, this updated circus-inspired version of Pippin continues to captivate and appeal to the young at heart throughout the world.
Founded in 2012, Eastern Shore Repertory Theatre provides innovative, high-quality theatre experiences for the Eastern Shore community, including musical theatre summer camps, dance and musical theatre classes, participation in Junior Theater Festival, the world’s largest musical theater festival for young people, and two major productions each year. ESRT productions entertain approximately 15,000 audience members annually and include the fall show which features a cast of 50-70 area students aged from 3rd-12th grade and the popular Theatre on the Bluff held each spring featuring performers of all ages.
