Maintaining Momentum on Social Justice

How can organizations maintain momentum on social justice? Where are there opportunities to elevate our advocacy, even when LGBTQ+ progress feels as if it is slowing or beginning to reverse?

Join Pride in Our Workplace on Wednesday, April 12, to hear from leaders working in partnership with LGBTQ+ professionals, allies, and organizations to drive meaningful change across communities.

This event will highlight ways organizations and business leaders can:

  • Gain perspective into growing threats to LGBTQ+ legal protections, physical safety, and healthcare access in the United States
  • Align company resources, HR best practices, and DEI policy internally to create environments that prioritize inclusion for LGBTQ+ employees
  • Understand the opportunity to leverage corporate resources to influence local and national policy impacting marginalized communities

Panelists include:

  • Adrianna Boulin (she/her) - Director of Community Impact & Engagement, Fenway Health; President, Boston Pride for the People
  • Ev Evnen (they/them) - Director, MaeBright Group
  • Natanja Craig Oquendo (she/her) - Executive Director, Boston Women’s Fund

Attend the event by registering via Eventbrite. After submitting your information, you will be emailed a webinar access link directly from Zoom. Add this information to your calendar and click the link to join as we go live on April 12!
