June 20th: Building Your Leadership

--> Leadership is one of those words that so many people have different meanings about. Most people don't look at themselves as leaders but you are -- and it's a skill that can be nurtured. Come be nurtured in your leadership growth!

July 18th: Dealing w/Change in a Positive Way

--> Change is inevitable and a part of everyday life, but the challenge comes in how we deal with change or initiate change with others. We'll tackle this challenge head on, learning how to positively deal with change.

Aug. 22nd: Improving Teamwork, Improving Results

--> We're all part of a team and get so much more accomplished as part of a team vs. solo, but teams can be dysfunctional. Let's talk about how to take the dysfunction out of the equation and get better results.

About the organizer

Leadership is the difference maker and the deal breaker. It’s how we grow organizations.  It’s how we impact lives. But leadership cannot be an idea we simply talk about; leadership is the action we must live out.

Steve is the owner/CEO of the Goble Group, a leadership development organization serving small to medium-sized businesses and their teams in Central PA and the surrounding areas. He is passionate about helping people grow and solve problems.

As a Founding Partner of the John Maxwell Team and a Certified Human Behavior Consultant, Steve was a 2017 ’40 Under 40’ recipient from the Central Penn Business Journal. Steve serves on the preaching team at Good Shepherd Church in Reamstown where he and his family attend. He enjoys petting other people’s dogs and a good pint of IPA or dram of whiskey.
